I found this on the Nashua Public Library site. The director has been very helpful in granting me access to run photos in their care (with proper attribution) and working as a liaison with the Board.
This is just a fabulous photo. It shows the old central firehouse in Nashua, which is home now to a performing arts center of sorts. All of the old buildings in this area are gone, including the Olive Street Church which was built by the Nashua Manufacturing Company for the workers being brought in to work the mills as the mills grew in the 19th century.
It was a bit of a challenge to line things up here. I chose a wide shot to give me some room.
